Founded in 2003, Asimco Textiles Inc. and Asimco Properties have been buying, renovating and building affordable housing for our local communities.
Asimco began its operations in Barrie, Ontario, by acquiring homes for renovation and leasing. Our focus was on enhancing and beautifying these properties to provide essential affordable housing. This initial success led us to expand our acquisitions to North Bay, Ontario, in response to the rapidly growing market.
Asimco Properties takes pride in both the construction aspect of development and our in-house property management, allowing us to effectively oversee all the buildings we develop.
Throughout this journey, we have evolved into a comprehensive construction company, equipped with our own machinery, including the largest concrete pump truck in Northern Ontario, which stands at an impressive 53 meters. We are well-positioned for sustained growth and expansion in the future.
