Property History

We bought the building and took it from a full commercial building to a mixed residential / commercial building. We did a CONFORMITY OF USE and converted it to 15 one bedroom apartments upstairs with commercial on the bottom floor. The city desperately needed more housing and we added 15 new units.

You can see in the pictures below that we literally gutted the second floor and started from scratch by installing the walls and going from there until we had a beautiful apartment building.

Then after completing these 15 unit apartments, we bought the adjacent lands and we built 333 King St which added another 36 residential units for the city of North Bay.

Now we are working on 485 Second Ave which is also adding another 36 residential units.
