Property History

This build we bought all the land and did our own excavation and the built the building from the ground up ourselves. It is a 4 story, 36 unit apartment building that was made using ICF Block and Hollowcore slabs, which has created one of the most energy efficient buildings around. As the building is mostly concrete built, it is also one of the safest and sturdiest buildings that can be built.

The pics below are how 333 King St project started. Some pics show a billboard, lot and a house. That’s what we started with and we demolished the house and billboard lot and we cleared the land.

You can see in later pics the land is clear. Then we added walls for safety shoring and excavated with our own machines and even installed HELICAL PILES which is a fascinating piece construction materials on its own.
